A longer lineage
Photography as an act of keeping.
The project sits alongside a family photographic legacy reaching back to Sierra Leone in 1905. It is less a record of one identifiable property than a meditation on how rooms, objects and light carry personal history.
The house remains deliberately unnamed and location-anonymous. The images concentrate on interiors, fragments, textures and the quiet evidence of life, while avoiding details that could reveal a private residence.
